Are we affiliated with the Golden Ball Hotel?

No we are a separate business.

What is the minimum night stay?

Two night minimum stays.

Do you allow pets?

Yes (charges may be applicable).

What items are included in the cottages?

Kettle, Cups, Tea & Coffee Facilities, Mini Fridge, Toilet Roll, Towels, Bedding

Where are you located?

We are located on Lancaster Road by the River Lune, Directly in front of the Golden Ball Hotel.

What is check in/check out time?

Check in is from 3pm-9pm and check out is 7am-10am. We cannot offer early check in or late check out’s due to the cleaning schedule. Check in is via a key code so we do not require the time of your arrival. All arrival details will be sent to you 1 day before arrival.

What happens if we need to cancel/change our booking?

All bookings are non refundable we can however offer requests to change the date up to 14 days before arrival. If you wish to change the date we request you check the availability of the cottages you have booked and send us an alternative available date.
